“I participated in the EIT (Engineer-in-Training) Program, where I gained an understanding of other departments, technologies and products within the company. I was able to assist in a boiler inspection, which completed an invaluable environmental training program. By the end of my first year, I was named the lead process engineer on an SCR project and on a WFGD proposal. For the last two years, I have been the lead process engineer for the design of two WFGD Systems. From the initial design phase through construction, I have become a vital part of the project team, understanding the WFGD System, Customer requirements and project schedule.”
