Engineer-in-Training (EIT)
Babcock Power takes pride in offering a comprehensive Engineer-in-Training (EIT) program to attract and retain talented engineers with specific college level technical and engineering education.
An EIT at Babcock Power begins with a program that provides hands-on training in conjunction with classroom training. Through this program, the EIT learns firsthand all aspects of the business from the ground up and is able to use those skills in a variety of capacities due to Babcock Power’s unique structure.
Throughout the first year, the EIT works closely with experienced Babcock Power professionals. The EIT program participants greatly benefit from this one-of-a-kind mentoring and, at the same time, are exposed to Babcock Power’s leading-edge technologies and services in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving business environment.
